Recruiting, Talent and Culture Development within Start-ups and Pitching Session | Founder Institute NYC

Co-Founder Dav Masaon has been chosen as an NYC cohort Mentor for Founder Institute. Their Mentors join weekly feedback sessions, host office hours, and in general provide feedback to Founders, every step of the way.

In addition, through the Founder Institute's Equity Collective, Mentors are invested in the success of your company both during and after the program, and many have become formal advisors and investors to our Alumni.

In this session Dav presented to the cohort on ‘The Importance of Creating a talent Magnet’ and was joined by Claire McTaggart Founder of SquarePeg Hires to listen to the array of pitches from promising tech start-ups.
