About the Programme

The Future CFO programme is aimed to help progress you from a CFO ready candidate into an impactful CFO taking ownership of your own finance team.

We launched the online programme in March 2020 and have been delighted with the positive response, allowing us to offer free training to exceptional candidates we have placed through a retained job. Due to the success of our UK cohorts, we are now delighted to offer this benefit to our New York-based network too!

Graduating participants will receive a signed GrowCFO certificate to showcase within their CV and LinkedIn profile. This clearly demonstrates your commitment towards developing your skills and growing your network, making you the ideal candidate for your first CFO role.

Module Overview

We virtually meet roughly once a month to deliver the CFO Readiness Toolkit, mentoring from experienced CFOs, leadership sessions with executive coaches and peer support within the cohort and much more.

The step up from being head of finance to taking on the top job as CFO is one of the hardest career changes you will ever make. You need different skills to work strategically with your new C-suite colleagues and to manage your own finance function. You will need to step out of your comfort zone and master things you never needed to pass your professional exams and rise through the finance back office.
