Zanda have partnered with GrowCFO to offer exceptional candidates the support and development every finance leader requires in their first six to twelve months at a new company.
Up-and-coming and established CFOs will be able to join a cohort of peers and work through specially designed training programmes to level up their skills and knowledge.

Who should apply?
The Future CFO Programme is ideal for people who are one career move away from landing their first CFO role. The CFO Programme is designed for anybody who is leading their finance function and reporting directly into the board.
Can I apply if I'm not based in the UK?
Yes, we are currently running the programmes virtually and currently have programme participants from over 80 countries spanning all continents.
Do you have to have been placed as a candidate by Zanda to qualify for the programmes?
No, the programmes are open for everyone to apply but we offer free training to candidates we have placed as part of our retained placement package. You can also enquire directly on the GrowCFO website.
Are there any free resources I can access?
Yes, you can sign up to GrowCFO completely free and benefit from regular blogs, podcasts, guides, free workshops and a selection of publicly-available courses. However, this free membership doesn’t give you access to the Future CFO programme (essentials, fast track or advanced) or the CFO programme.
Will there be ongoing support after the programmes?
Zanda is at hand to help with any career advice & development following completion of the course.
What if I can't make all the sessions?
We strongly encourage everyone to attend all sessions. If you cannot make it, please let us know in advance and we can arrange to record the session or conduct a follow-up call.
