Amy Wagner | CFO @ CreateMe
Amy has successfully founded and exited two companies and currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer of CreateMe Technologies, a technology company that is reinventing apparel manufacturing for brand owners through automation, innovation, creativity, and speed. Prior to CreateMe, Amy was the COO and CFO of Altress, a sustainable, on-demand, and customizable apparel company. There she developed the company’s commercial and corporate strategy, launched and scaled the D2C and B2B platforms, and led the finance, accounting, tax, legal, and compliance functions. Prior to Altress, Amy launched and successfully exited two start-ups, a cleantech investment bank which was sold to Nomura, and an IT consulting firm that was sold for a 20x cash-on-cash return. Amy started her career at Citigroup in investment banking, completing over $30 billion of transactions, including several landmark deals.
Conor O’Donoghue | CFO @ Ocrolus
Conor is the CFO at Ocrolus and has nearly two decades of experience spanning public accounting, corporate finance, and startups, and includes blue-chip companies such as Bank of America and PwC. At Ocrolus, he built out a sophisticated accounting and finance function from scratch, which has been critical to supporting the company’s rapid growth since 2019. Beyond finance, he plays a key role in driving company strategy and leads a number of highly impactful cross-departmental initiatives spanning operations, sales process and projections, product, and people. He is a key member of the investor relations team and helped Ocrolus complete both their Series B and Series C fundraisings, the most recent of which totaled $80 million and valued Ocrolus at over $500 million.
