After the success of running Zanda-sponsored Future CFO cohorts, we are excited to announce the launch of our first New York-based Future CFO cohort.

The Future CFO Programme is designed to support senior finance professionals and first-time CFOs through monthly sessions, online learning & collaborative peer groups. Its aim is to help progress you from a CFO-ready candidate into an impactful CFO taking ownership of your own finance team.

During this session, we will work with participants to identify their biggest strengths and development areas, across each of the key competencies required to be an impactful CFO. During this course, participants will work through a CFO Readiness Toolkit, designed by experienced CFOs, CEOs, Chairs, NEDs, Advisors, Headhunters and Investors.

We launched the online programme in March 2020 and have been delighted with the positive response, allowing us to offer free training to exceptional candidates we have placed through a retained job.
