Carl Tishler – Founder, HPNA Academy & CEO of Self

Carl Tishler is a former C-suite executive turned educator and community builder, dedicated to helping professionals sustain high performance without sacrificing well-being. With over two decades in investment banking, private equity, and leadership roles, including CFO, COO, and Chief People Officer, Carl has firsthand experience in the pressures of high-stakes careers.

In 2008, he founded the HPNA Academy and later created CEO of Self, a program designed to equip employees with the structure, skills, and tools to prevent burnout while maximizing productivity. Carl also serves as a fractional Chief People Officer for tech startups and has shared his insights at Cambridge University’s Business School, Microsoft, Dojo, and Startup CFO.
