Sandrine Uwase

Before joining Zanda, Sandrine moved from Belgium to the UK to study—but somewhere along the way, London became home. Fluent in French, Dutch, and English, she built a career spanning business development, executive support, and market research, always gravitating toward roles that keep things structured and running smoothly. 

At Zanda, she focuses on CRM management and administrative operations, ensuring everything behind the scenes runs seamlessly. From keeping systems organized to streamlining processes, she helps keep things on track. 

Outside of work, Sandrine has always been drawn to purpose-driven initiatives. In high school, she co-founded ALLTO, a social enterprise that donated scarves to those in need, with proceeds supporting Solidarité Grands Froids in Brussels. These days, she finds balance in long walks through the Kent countryside, always looking for the next scenic trail to explore.
