Liz Waters

As Head of Fractional Services at Zanda, Liz partners closely with early stage start-ups to connect them with exceptional fractional talent. With a background in sales and property, she discovered a real passion for building relationships and supporting people through some of life’s biggest decisions, something that continues to shape her approach today.

Since joining Zanda in 2019, Liz has loved working with founders and finance leaders to find the right people and flexible support that help drive their businesses forward and to support candidates in finding the right role for their future career aspirations.

Outside of work, Liz is a proud mum to three lively boys, which means life is full speed, all the time. She thrives on being outdoors and makes time most days for a walk or a bootcamp session to clear her head. As Captain of one of her local hockey teams, Liz also finds huge joy in mentoring younger players; watching them grow in confidence over the season is one of her favourite parts of the game and winning, of course.
