Laura Parra
Originally from Colombia and now based in sunny Spain, Laura brings a multicultural, trilingual perspective to everything she does. Before joining the world of startups, she worked across multiple industries supporting Founders and Directors, always gravitating towards responsibilities that combined structure, people, and strategy.
At her current role, she supports the Co-Founders as an Executive Assistant, building the role from the ground up. From calendar wrangling and cross-team coordination to implementing productivity systems and strategic processes, she makes sure things run smoothly behind the scenes, so the business can move forward fast (and with fewer headaches).
She thrives in fast-paced environments where attention to detail, trust, and adaptability are key. Outside of work, you’ll probably find her dancing to Shakira, planning her next trip, or soaking up the sun with a good book. Efficiency, rhythm, and a little bit of Colombian flair, those are her secret ingredients.
