Before joining Zanda, Ksenia travelled all the way from Portugal to the UK to pursue her Master’s degree in HR. Alongside her studies, she joined retail where she worked for 3 years, joining Zanda as employee #5 in 2022.
At Zanda, she focuses on Research, Admin and Marketing departments. Her typical day includes supporting consultants with CVs and CRM management, as well as producing marketing content and deep-diving into market research.
Away from her desk, Ksenia is an avid meme and TikTok lover, being a mum to her 3 cats and occasionally climbing a wall with rocks. She is also a gym-goer who enjoys lifting heavy objects and currently she is attempting to run in any capacity, as apparently cardio is not an actual form of torture.
