Andrew is a co-founder of Zanda, where he specialises in connecting top-tier CFOs with high-growth tech startups across the UK and Europe. Having been in finance search since 2005 he has become a go-to partner for ambitious founders and VCs across the UK and beyond.
Since launching the business in 2019 and experiencing the rollercoaster of being a startup founder himself Andrew loves nothing more than enabling startups to get stronger with the addition of A-players!!
Outside of work, Andrew’s usually chasing waves, tennis balls, golf balls, or his three energetic sons. A keen runner and fitness enthusiast, he brings the same energy and focus to his clients as he does to the sports he loves.
