Alexandra Cusi

Alexandra is a Consultant at Zanda, partnering with founders, investors, and CFOs to build and scale high-performing finance teams across high-growth technology businesses.

Originally from Mexico, Alexandra moved to New York City in 2021 to attend New York University and has since made the city her home. She began her career in recruitment shortly after graduating, where she quickly established herself as a top performer in the U.S. market.

At Zanda, Alexandra focuses on delivering critical finance hires, working closely with leadership teams to identify individuals who can drive growth, strengthen financial infrastructure, and support businesses through key stages of scale.

Outside of work, Alexandra enjoys staying active and maintaining a balanced routine. She can often be found running the loop at Central Park on the weekends or spending time in the gym. She is also an avid reader and enjoys unwinding with a good book."
