Zanda is working with a fast-growing B2B SaaS company whose platform powers e-commerce and retail businesses by enabling smarter, data-driven decision making. With ARR at $20m and strong growth towards $50m+, the business is scaling rapidly and has significant backing from leading investors.
As the company continues to expand, they are seeking a VP of Finance to take ownership of the finance function, laying the operational and strategic foundations to support scale. This is a pivotal role that will evolve over time, with potential scope to grow into a future CFO position.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the finance function, building scalable systems, processes, and controls to support rapid growth.
• Own operational finance including monthly close, reporting, cash flow management, and compliance.
• Develop robust forecasting, financial models, and KPI dashboards to drive performance monitoring and decision making.
• Partner closely with the CEO and leadership team, providing commercial insights and embedding finance across the business.
• Support board reporting, investor engagement, and external stakeholder management.
• Lead, mentor, and expand the finance team in line with company growth.

What background should you have before you press apply?

• A qualified finance professional (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
• Experience in high-growth SaaS or B2B technology, ideally with exposure to retail or e-commerce.
• Proven ability to scale finance functions through growth stages from $20m to $50m+ ARR.
• Strong technical foundations in operational finance, reporting, and compliance, with the ability to implement scalable processes.
• Commercial mindset with experience building models, forecasts, and KPIs that directly inform strategy.
• Ambition to grow into a CFO role, with the ability to balance hands-on execution and strategic leadership.
• A collaborative, dynamic, and proactive style, thriving in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments.
