Interim Finance Manager I SAAS I Private Equity

I'm excited to be partnering with a high-growth, PE-backed SaaS business headquartered in London with a global footprint. As they continue to scale, they’re looking for a hands-on Finance Manager to join their team on a maternity cover contract from August 2025 through January 2026 with the possibility of extension. 

You’ll benefit from a structured handover period starting in August, working closely with the current Finance Manager before she begins maternity leave in October. This role offers great exposure and responsibility, working alongside a commercially minded CFO in a dynamic and fast-moving environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll play a key role in the finance function, with a broad remit covering:

• Prepare monthly management accounts, post journals, reconcile accounts, and deliver KPI and financial reporting.
• Oversee invoicing, credit control, staff expenses, and vendor payments.
• Handle VAT, US sales tax, franchise tax filings, support audit prep, and maintain compliance with ISO27001, GDPR, and ESG requirements.
• Assist with payroll reviews, onboarding/offboarding, maintaining HR systems and employee records.
• Lead on schedules, reconciliations, and reporting across multiple entities.
• Support travel booking, insurance renewals, company events, and budget monitoring.

Who We’re Looking For

• NetSuite experience is essential
• Solid understanding of UK GAAP and working in a business with global operations.
• A broad finance background – ideally from a tech, SaaS, or marketing environment.
• Comfortable managing a varied workload with autonomy and initiative.
• Available from August 2025 for at least one month of onboarding.
