Zanda is partnering with a well-funded, VC-backed technology start-up tackling a large and underserved consumer market. The company is growing rapidly year-on-year and has already supported hundreds of thousands of users, earning rave reviews and regular media coverage. 

Mission-led for its social and environmental impact, the business has developed a highly innovative model that combines direct-to-consumer and partner distribution channels. With strong financial backing and a leadership team made up of experienced entrepreneurs in the VC space, this company is scaling at pace.The business is searching for its first full-time Head of Finance, a pivotal hire to establish a first-class finance function and support rapid international growth.

The role will work directly with the founders and leadership team, taking ownership of everything from monthly accounts and operational finance to building scalable systems, processes, and automation that enable the business to grow at speed.

What background should you have before you press apply!

• Currently a senior finance professional reporting into a CFO within a VC-backed scale-up, now ready to step into your first true finance leadership role.
• ACA qualified, with a strong academic background
• Strong experience across operational finance - reporting, payments, reconciliations, with an interest in leveraging technology to drive efficiency.
• Exposure to high-growth, VC-backed environments, ideally from Series B/C+ stage onwards.
• Collaborative, commercially astute, and motivated by the challenge of building a finance function from scratch in a high-growth business.
