Zanda is working with a fast-growing, high-profile events space delivering a range of entertainment and corporate experiences. As the organisation continues to expand, it is strengthening its finance team to support commercial growth and operational rigour.

The business is now seeking a qualified Finance Manager to support the Head of Finance and take ownership of statutory, management, and treasury reporting. This role offers meaningful exposure to leadership and decision-making and is ideal for someone seeking a hands-on, broad finance role with the opportunity to grow under experienced mentorship.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted deputy to the Head of Finance, stepping in across operational and strategic finance matters.
• Lead statutory and management reporting, ensuring compliance and actionable insights.
• Manage treasury and cash flow forecasting, supporting working capital planning and financial stability.
• Drive improvements in financial systems, controls, and reporting – with Sage 50 as the core platform.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align financial planning with commercial objectives.
• Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support strategic decisions.
• Support and mentor junior members of the finance team where appropriate.

What background should you have before you press apply?

• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or equivalent) with strong reporting and control experience.
• Advanced Sage user
• Proven experience across statutory, management and treasury reporting.
• Comfortable deputising for a senior finance leader and managing broad finance responsibilities.
