With €billions in assets under management across a range of regulated funds, the firm has a strong track record of investing across global emerging markets, underpinned by deep local expertise and a purpose driven investment strategy.

The inspiring CFO is now hiring a Finance Director, a strategic and hands on leadership role that will drive financial excellence, regulatory compliance, and scalable processes across a growing, cross border finance team.

What experiences you will gain:
  • Work as the Deputy to the CFO, stepping in on strategic and operational matters, and representing Finance in leadership forums
  • Lead a high-performing international finance team across Accounting and Controlling, shaping structure and direction
  • Support M&A and strategic partnerships, and help modernise Finance into a highly capable, insight-driven business function
  • Own end-to-end financial processes including audit, reporting, planning, forecasting, tax, and financial operations
  • Design and implement scalable finance systems and internal controls to support continued growth
  • Ensure compliance with Luxembourg AIFM regulation (CSSF) and other cross-border regulatory standards
  • Collaborate across the business – Ops, IT, and Investment – providing financial insight into key initiatives and investment decisions
  • Provide financial leadership to the Executive Team and Supervisory Board, including reporting, risk, and scenario analysis

What background should you have before you press apply:

  • Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, or equivalent)
  • Experience in a regulated financial institution, ideally a Luxembourg AIFM (CSSF) or similar (BaFin/KVG experience is also welcomed)
  • Prior leadership of a finance team (6+) and exposure to managing international colleagues
  • Strong technical foundation in accounting, financial controls, reporting and planning, ideally across both HGB and IFRS
  • Confident leading across strategic and operational finance, including tax, treasury, and cross-functional collaboration
  • Purpose led mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-evolving, international investment environment
  • Fluent in English and German
