Based in London, Andrew supports portfolio companies in finding and hiring elite executive talent. He’s responsible for advising founders on the evolution of their leadership teams and oversees the Atomico Expert Network (AEN), designed to provide portfolio companies with access to proven technology leaders regardless of function or geography.
Directly before Atomico Andrew spent five years as a member of the senior team at The Up Group - a specialist executive hiring firm that was successfully acquired in 2020.
Vaso Parisinou
Chief People Officer @ Ravio
Vaso Parisinou was the first People hire at Deliveroo back in 2015 and has been on a journey supporting companies going through hypergrowth ever since. More recently, as VP of People at TrueLayer, Vaso scaled the team from 40 to 400 people in just 2.5 years, leading the People charge yet again. She is now the Chief People Officer at Ravio, an early-stage startup specialising in real-time compensation benchmarking, whose mission aligns closely with her own belief in empowering People leaders with robust, up-to-date data and insights.
Ifty Nasir
Founder & CEO @ Vestd
Ifty Nasir is the founder and CEO of Vestd, the platform that takes the cost and complexity out of setting up and managing share schemes for UK SMEs. Vestd allows leaders to easily share company success with the team.
Ifty is a strong believer in the ‘Ownership Effect’ and advises businesses on how to share equity to incentivise teams and unlock value. An entrepreneur since his teens, Ifty reached the most senior levels at BP and Essar Energy before branching out into the world of startups.
