During this session Andrew will speak with Sabrina Castiglione, the CFO of the multi award winning cybersecurity business Tessian. 

Since joining Tessian in 2016 as their 7th team member, Sabrina has led on the Seed, Series A, B & C funding rounds with top investors such as Accel, Balderton, Sequoia & March Capital. She has also played a key role in establishing functions across Talent, People, Finance, Legal, Compliance, IT, Tech as the business scaled to 200+ employees. With a key responsibility for the People & Talent function during her time at Tessian, we will discuss some of the key lessons learnt when it comes to core values, leadership and building great teams.
